Because CYS have been maintaining and repairing all types of boats for

Yachtsman who prefers to do some of the many jobs onboard, himself.
- Rigging
- When its time to fit new standing rigging to an older boat , many
yachts owners are able to fit the standing rigging, but don't have the
special swaging machines to fit the terminals. CYS have these machines
plus a large stock of Stainless steel rigging wire and top quality
terminals, use this rigging
measurement form to order your ready to fit standing rigging, or
other wire components.
- Windows
- After a few years in the strong Mediterranean sunshine yacht windows
often become crazed and even cracked, To replace them is a labor
intensive job but within the abilities of most DIY yachtsmen. CYS have
a good stock of Acrylic (Plexiglas) in all the common sizes and tints.
CYS can supply this cut to the size you need.
- Stainless Steel Tube
- Stainless steel tube has many applications on board, From Bimini &
spray hood frames to handrails and solar panel gantries. CYS have a
stock of Stainless steel tube and the tools to bend it into the shape
you require. With ready made fittings the DIY yachtsman can make many
different things.
- Polypropylene Tanks
- Holding tanks, Diesel tanks, water tanks, shower trays, Stowage
boxes, The list of things, we can custom make from Polypropylene is
endless. CYS have been fabricating these tanks for more than 15 years
and the original tanks are still in use, and as good as new, this is
because unlike steel, aluminum, stainless steel, or GRP . Polypropylene
doesn't rust, rot, get osmosis or electrolysis. CYS have all the
necessary tools to cut & weld the plastic sheets and pipe fittings into
many customized components, which the DIY yachtsman can then fit into
his boat.
