CYS have been making top quality yacht rigging for the last 25yrs.

With their large stock of quality terminals and stainless steel wire rope they are able to quickly make up a customers order with free local delivery to their yacht.

CYS have three types of swaging machines

Wire Teknik Hydraulic roll swager. we have two of these Swedish made machines, one is portable and can swage 4 & 5 mm wires and lifelines insitu, the other is bigger and can swage up to 16mm.These machines use hydraulic power to pull the terminal through the swaging dies, this method ensures that the terminal is perfectly straight.

Nordwall roll swager for sizes up to 8mm, but we mainly use this

for making lifelines. Nordwall swaging machines were originally used

Talurite Press, for copper or aluminum ferrules up to 8mm,

These are used mainly  on flexible wire for steering cables,

lifting strops and davit falls.

The most common cause of rigging failure is due to poor quality or unsuitable terminals,

cys only use quality European  made terminals

BSI make a wide range of quality terminals, because we buy them directly from their factory in Denmark we are able to offer them at a very reasonable price .

STA-LOK make many types of terminal, they are best know for their swagless terminals, These are more expensive than the swage type but are very useful for jobs when a swageing machine is not

available. It is a good idea to keep some on board for emergency repairs.

ACMO, terminals and fittings are original equipment on many French made yachts,

CYS keep  some of the more common types in stock so that they can make up a customers order without delay.
